Westside Road

Westside road has many properties that are highly sought after for their combination of total privacy and peacefulness away from the hustle and bustle and yet they are only 5-20 minutes from downtown Kelowna.

So far this year sales have been slow in this area. Due mostly to low inventory and poor weather which does affect sales of recreation property which is harder to reach in winter. Expectations are that we shall see a good market this year in the Weest Side Road property market.
